Thanks to the wonders of Instagram we found this shake and I’m not even exaggerating when I say it tastes like a frosty/milkshake.
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp nut butter
Add in a splash of vanilla extract and stevia.
Put it in your blender and BAM ITS LIKE HEAVEN.
We were rebels and had dessert first tonight.
Tastes so good it feels like I’m cheating the WLC system. Make this now (if you want) thank me later.

I’ve had a few people ask for my egg muffin recipe so I figured i’d share the secret recipe. It’s not my recipe actually , it’s my roommates and it’s so simple it has potential to be underwhelming to some!
We just make ground sausage then spoon it into muffin tins which are greased or use cupcake holders. Then we use the egg whites in a carton and just pour it over the meat and cook them at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes!
You can add other veggies if you like we’re just big into the sausage and egg ones. We use the egg whites mainly because we prefer that taste and buying it in the carton makes it so simple.
We store them in a giant freezer bag in the fridge and pull a few out every morning and they reheat in the microwave very well!
There you go! Egg muffins for days!
